Sonic Spells is a Berlin based Synthpop-Synthwave duo formed by Maru Pardo Saguier and Sebastian Cordoves.
As the continuation project of their Argentine (their homeland) initial one, Cosaquitos en Globo - which had them touring Europe twice - Sonic Spells is an evolution in sound and composition after their re-location in Berlin, where they let themselves soak in, be influenced and transformed by the culture and ambience of their new surroundings.
Sonic Spells... ''Heartbreak'' is a hauntingly beautiful collection of tracks that delve deep into the depths of emotion, exploring the tumultuous journey of love, loss, and resilience. Each spellbinding song casts a mesmerizing aura, weaving together poignant lyrics and evocative melodies to captivate listeners and transport them into the heart of raw human experience.
 
"The Flood", with an ethereal wave of sound, "The Flood" immerses listeners in a swirling tide of emotion. About the EP
Trilogy was conceived as an homage to Andy Warhol, to the Factory, to art and to the era around the end of the 60s and the beginning of the 70s, but also to the city of New York then and now. Over 50 years ago, it was a time of upheaval (isn't it always?), insecurity, sexual revolution, war, rebellion, experimentation with drugs, (then) new technologies and so much more. With all its beautiful but also dark sides. And actually, not so much different from today, 
The songs on Trilogy are intended to work both in conjunction with the films and the era, but also completely independently of them.   The songs on Trilogy were all written and produced by Your Funny Uncle.
